Introduction - Who am I?

My name is Drs. Jan de Wit.

I got my master degrees as a (behavioral) biologist, as a health professional and as 

psychologist.


I have my own private practice: Mind@Ease. For the last couple of years, I worked freelance as a senior psychologist for the former Burnout Foundation, especially for expats from all over the world.


Office is mostly held in Amsterdam.

Utrecht, Zwolle and cities that are in between are no problem either.


I don’t work office hours, so you can always reach me by phone or whatsapp:

Online is also possible, as an introduction, but not preferable as regular.

 

There is no distinguest therapy for a burnout.

Mine is eclectic and proven succesful: Positive cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT, Mindfulness, sleep therapy, coping therapy, relaxation and anything else that is needed.

What we can change: we change.  If not: leave it.
